Commercial Tenant-Fit Out

As an example of their capabilities, in 2013 they completed a full renovation / restoration of a 132,000 s.f. property for Planet Aid. The original building was erected almost 100 years ago. This project was design/build and it included the renovating an existing 20,000 s.f. office area which entailed code upgrading of 5 existing bathrooms for handicap accessibility, creation of a new kitchen area, etc. The warehouse area was fully upgraded to energy efficient components with motion sensor activators, renovated sprinkler and alarm systems, loading dock rehabilitation and the creation of a new 5,000 s.f transportation office area complete with cafeteria, showers, offices and conference rooms. The entire project took 7 months.
General Contracting

Recent completion of an exterior renovation to a 60 unit condominium complex in Dracut, MA. Project included the removal of existing clapboard siding, trim, rakes, gutters, etc. and the installation of new underlayments, vinyl siding, PVC trims, etc. The project also included the renovation of 84 existing decks where by the existing deck boards and railings were removed and a new composite deck board system with hidden fastener system and a new PVC railing system was installed. This project was a 6 month project.
Overall Residential Renovation

As a full service General Contractor they have performed a multitude of interior residential renovation work including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, built in custom cabinetry work, etc. They run a turn-key operation and are very adept at handling multi-unit projects associated with condominiums or apartment complexes.
